Who We Are and What We Do
Baklava, Turkish Baklava is an indispensable dessert produced in Ottoman Cuisine
and the most famous national dessert in Turkey.
Baklavacı means in Turkish, the person who produces and sells the baklava.
We add just -ji to the end of the "baklava" word instead of -cı, in order to write in English, as to be said in Turkish.
Although many Mediterranean countries try to own, Baklava is known as Turkish Baklava.
This Dessert Group includes different varieties; Baklava with Pistachio, Chocolate, Walnut, Palace (Carrot Shaped) Baklava, Shobiyet, Sarma Pistachio Wrap) , Chocolate square, round, or triangle baklava.
We supply all our products from Turkey's traditional famous producers.
Baklava Chefs have the talent to prepare thin dough leaves that are so thin that you can see the other side of the dough. The perfect baklava is made as thin dough as it can. Also, the leaves of this dough should not stick together. As you bite a piece of baklava, you should hear the crispy sound and it should stick your tongue.
This is the real proof of the finest quality baklava.
