RETURN & REFUND POLICY
Within 15 days from the delivery of your package you may request to return your order. All items will be inspected upon return so you must return the products to us in perfect condition.
The products shall not have been used or washed. Returns will only be accepted if the products are returned with their original packaging fully intact and the original labels still attached to each product. In unlikely event that an item is returned to us in an unsuitable condition, we may have to send it back to you on your expense. The goods are in your responsibility until they reach us, so make sure it’s packed up properly and not get damaged on the way. We will not compensate for returned packages lost in the return shipping. Any shipping charges as well as return handling cost that may occur when returning the products are the customer’s responsibility. The cost of the merchandise alone will be refunded unless an error occurred on the part of the us. Refunds for returned products will be made as soon as possible, 15 business days at the latest, after we receive the returned products. Please note that shipping, additional duties, taxes or any additional charge you may have had will not be refunded by us. Always make sure to receive a proof of posting from the carrier (FedEx, UPS, USPS etc.) when sending your returns. During “Free Shipping”-campaigns you as a customer only pay for the return shipment – if one should occur.
